Jumping in Battlegrounds to avoid stuns in PvP

This is one of the most used ways to get ahead of everyone in PvP situations. When you know that someone is likely to try and stun you. You can jump just before your about to get hit which will have you get knocked down instead. People also use this to avoid other types of stuns such as archer traps. If you jump ontop of an archers trap it will prevent the stun from hitting people around you and will knock you down instead of stunning you.

This can be amplified by the use of lag switching. Basicly using a program which allows you to disconnect from the game a few moments just before and after your about to be hit. This give the person the effect that you teleported though there hitbox. We all know that when you disconnect from Tera Online our bodies stay logged into game to allow the character server time to save out data. This is done to prevent the exploiting of duping in Tera Online. But when the server is tricked into thinking we currently aren't in the same spot because we lag switched then moved afew steps out of our current postion when we appear again the server just adjusts our hit box to this new location. Basicly we teleported or slightly moved and the server only readjusts our location. Since it only saves so much information about us.

Lag switches can be bound to a single key allowing us to use them easily this can be made on your own using various methods but for easy purposes you could always use the one from here if you want to test it out first. Most of your top guilds already know they can abuse this kind of bugging. And with a game like Tera Online the future might just be who can hack better when it comes to pvp.

Another thing which can avoid stuns and staggers applies only to priests. When priests use the ability cleanse it uses the same animation as that of arise this keeps the priest from getting knocked down and makes them avoid staggers giving them a strong edge in battle that will keep them from getting killed. The only thing people can use against this is a mystic using fear to stop them from being able to use it but it can totally change the way a fight goes in a PvP situation and with the low cooldown on the skill it can really benefit someone using this.

With some of these tricks you can easily make yourself an unstoppable force during PvP matches and give you that edge you lack being the best on the server.
